Greg Palmer

Greg Palmer began his career in staffing with the Olsten Corporation in 1985 as a Branch Manager in Louisville, Kentucky. He retired as President and CEO of Remedy Temp Inc. in June of 2006 after its successful sale to Select Staffing Services. In 2006, Palmer formed the consulting firm G Palmer and Associates. His 22 years of proven field and boardroom experience in the Staffing Industry in combination with customer excellence, leadership and industry-know-how make his firm a tremendous asset to the staffing industry.

In addition to his firm, Palmer sits on the boards of the publicly traded Diedrich Coffee and Sperry Van Ness, one of the top commercial real-estate brokerage firms in the US, as well as 3 privately held companies in the staffing and human capital sectors. Greg also serves on the advisory boards for Georgetown University Business School, CASA, and Taller San Jose.

In his continuous efforts as a leader in the Staffing Industry, Palmer has also been a featured speaker to EO, Tech, American Staffing Association, Staffing Industry Analyst conferences, Analyst presentations, CEO Distinguished Speaker Series at UC Irvine, YEO (Young Entrepreneur Organization), and YPO.

It is from these experiences that Greg Palmer has gained expertise in strategic turn around specialty, acquisition integration, franchise expansion, and 25 years of sales and operations experience.

Sara Golden

Sara Golden began her career in the staffing industry in 1988 with the Olsten Corporation. She was instrumental in the development of an accounting and financial placement program that helped her branch became the most profitable accounting branch office. In 1991 Golden applied her unique accounting and financial program as manager to six branches in the Southeast division, which grew to be the third most profitable. In 1994 Golden was recognized with the Olsten award for outstanding performance.

In 1995 Golden opened Pinnacle Solutions, which specialized in the placement of accounting, finance and administrative personnel both on a contract and direct hire basis.

After selling Pinnacle Solutions in 2005, Golden began working as a consultant. Golden trained recruiters and branch managers to leverage their resources to get the best results from their staff through the implementation of proper training and discipline programs. In 2007 Golden was invited to the team of G Palmer and Associates.

Scott Nicholas

Scott Nicholas began his staffing career in 1999 with Robert Half International as Staffing Manager in the Accountemps Division. After quickly learning the industry, Scott became the #1 Staffing Manager in New England, helping his office to rise to #3 in the world. In 2002 Scott became Branch Manager of a San Diego, California branch where he oversaw both the Accountemps and Officeteam Divisions. He found success developing and growing both the temporary and direct hire disciplines.

In 2003 Scott joined Ajilon as Branch Manager of Newport Beach, California. Here both the temporary and direct hire staffing divisions were amongst the Top 10 of the company. Scott was a driving force behind the newly created Ajilon Consulting Division and his experience was instrumental to the implementation of their national Direct Hire training program.

Scott joined RemX, the professional staffing division of Remedy Temp. Inc. as Regional Director of the Direct Hire Division's Western Region. Scott was able to increase the tracking from $1 million to a $5 million annual run rate, achieving over 130% of the budget. Scott was also part of the hiring, training, and development of the Executive Recruiter team, as well as the training team on a National level.

With 8 years of proven success in production and field development with the temporary and direct hire specialty staffing disciplines, Scott joined GPalmer and Associates in 2006 as a Business Consultant. He seeks to help develop and drive the Direct Hire + service offerings.
